Amanda Brown, LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse
Amanda grew up in Fayetteville, NC and received her practical nursing degree from Central Carolina Community College in 2005.
Amanda has worked as a nurse in the Triangle area since 2006 before joining our team at Triangle Spine in 2012. Amanda provides clinical assistance to Dr. Lestini as his practical nurse and provides compassionate patient care to his patients.
Amanda is married and has two children.
Carla Cawthorn, RT (R)
Carla joined Triangle Spine in October 2007. She graduated from Wake Technical Community College with an Associate of Science Degree in Radiography in May of 2007.
While in school, Carla did clinical rounds at Wake Medical Center, Rex Hospital, Western Wake Hospital, and Raleigh Radiology.
Carla grew up in Raleigh and is married and has a daughter and two sons.
Christine Sedei, PT
Director of Physical Therapy, Back Builder Physical Therapy
Christine Sedei, a licensed Physical Therapist, is the director of Back Builder Physical Therapy, a Division of Triangle Spine and Back Care Center.
Chris graduated from the University of Vermont in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and has been with Triangle Spine since 2004. Chris specializes in the McKenzie method to back and neck pain, as well as emphasizing a core strengthening approach to rehabilitation.
In 2005, a wellness program was started at Triangle Spine and Back Care Center where Chris instructs Pilates and Cardio-kickboxing exercise classes.
Chris is married and has two sons.
Rebecca M. Glendy PT
Physical Therapist, Functional Capacity Evaluator
Becky is a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator with 15 years of experience.
She earned her physical therapy degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been performing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) in the Triangle area for 11 years.
At Triangle Spine & Back Care Center, FCE’s are performed by a Physical Therapist who is licensed to perform evaluations and not an Assistant, Athletic Trainer or a Technician.
Workers’ Compensation Coordinator
Sarah joined Triangle Spine in March 2013. She grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania and moved to the Raleigh area in 2007.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Edinboro University in 2004. She started her career in workers’ compensation and has continued to work in healthcare for the past eight years.
In addition to being our workers’ compensation coordinator, she assists in check-in, check-out and scheduling.
